Wii are such nerds.
I had no idea what to post, but I was watching interesting videos earlier today on http://www.ted.com/ and thought I would see if I could find something nerdy enough to present here. Most of the stuff on the site is nerdy to one degree or another, so I had to find the nerdiest thing I could.
How cool is this?

Hmm, the second one would be more interesting to me if the same effect could be achieved without needing a synthesizer. Anyone know of a way to make the computer synthesize the sounds on its own?

With the first one, second part, it would probably be more amazing if I hadn’t seen it on youtube before. The second video, I have to say “Congratulations, you managed to make old tech out of new! Now if you could find a way to play a Wii game on an NES. And yes, I can sound like a nerd sometimes.

Apropos of nothing, does anyone here know the end of the cadence that goes:

That’s pretty cool. We need to speed up the devleopment process to make badass products soon.
As for the second guy: “Combine that with a synthesiser and you get a huge range of sounds.”
And yet you only show us three. Sounds like a bad sales pitch from where I sit.
