So I’m digging the new card game, REDSHIRTS … looks to be a heck of a lot of fun to play.
So a set is $20 … how much Extra to get it signed by the Developer and the Artists?

skippy reply on May 4th, 2012 5:23 pm:

No extra charge for the developer to sign. Simply send me an email telling me what name you ordered it under when you order a copy.

For the artist to sign it we have to ship him a copy, have him sign it and then ship it to you, so it would pretty much double your shipping costs.

It just showed up at my house!!

I notice that CardHaus.com is undercutting your *purchase* price ($14.95) but the shipping is almost twice as much, so it comes out to about the same price in the end.

There’s an entry on board Game Geeks already, but no files (such as down-loadable instructions).

    1) That’s how the online game vendors roll. I have promo cards though, and they don’t.

    2) The rules are actually up on the WeaselPants site, so they are available for all as we speak.

PS: I ordered it from “skippy” of course, as soon as I saw that it was available. Less than a week from order-to-delivery. Great service !!

I’ll be bringing it to “game lunch” with the guys next Friday (it’s a shame it wasn’t delivered 2 hours earlier so that I could have brought it today :( ).

    I can’t wait …

Are you aware of the upcoming Scalzi book, called “Redshirts”? See ANNOUNCING: Redshirts Fan Art Contest. Maybe you can cash in, or at least sue him.

skippy reply on May 6th, 2012 3:40 pm:

There’s not really any need for that. We just have the same title and a similar concept. Neither of us knew the other existed until our products came close to release. If anything I’d try approaching him about a “Redshirts Redshirts” add-on.

I just finished my Masters in Electrical Engineering degree. Do I deserve to treat myself to such a thing?

    Oh, hell YEAH!

Gary reply on May 19th, 2012 8:57 am:

It arrived! And signed! Thanks, Skippy!

  6. Desiree Says:

Just got ’em in today at Game Empire! Hoop-dee-do! Thanks, Skippy
