or you could always simply build a bunker with standard supplies and hydroponics lab always comfy happy.

or you could have installed some tempered steel bars that rise from ground or inside walls to block all the windows and entrances, dig a bunker under your house, stock it with food, water and supplies.
Also consider devicing few remote controlled flamethrowers that have a live feed security cameras so that you know what it is that you are flaming, also make sure that your flamethrowers are protected from weather, drunk drivers and neighbors’ rascals, and camouflage them so as to not make your meighbors worry, apparently there are some strange people who don’t like flamethrowers.

if the government is acknowledging the zombie apocalypse it just means that it will happen. i took this as a hint and stocked up on survival gear. <.<

I should point out that, for some insane reason, the CDC seems to have forgotten to advise people to stock up on weapons and ammo. Gonna need those.

Sooo… who else watched that TV special where “private industry” was converting old nuclear missile silos into self sufficient underground communities? And those communities only defense are a pair of automated .50 cal machine guns at the door. I already have my target silo marked out and come the apocalypse I’m heading straight there. I quick disabling of the .50’s via .308 molly-coated at range, a quick cut through the vault door barrels via thermite, and a quick overthrow of the community via rapid armed assault… Food and clean water for decades. You all can join me there too, just bring a few guns and as much ammo as you can carry.
