Speaking of which, apparently a US version of Being Human is under production right now.
Makes you wonder why they don’t just show the original damn series
I had assmumed that “Homeboys in outer space,” was an attempt to remake “Red Dwarf.” Sometimes re-imagining the premise can work reasonabley well, like “The Office.” But slavishly reshooting the script with new actors rarely does, see “Chateau Snavely,” an attempt to reshoot Fawlty Towers with Harvey Corman.

Thank you Tina and rest assured it was great fun having you on the dog walk too and I adore these photographs!Naturally you would be welcome anytime, with or without camera… although what I need is some headshots for the new website. How would that work? Suited and booted for netwalking in the countryside? The photographs speak for themselves, but I would like to add that Tina is personable as well as professional and hence why she has captured such stunning photographs.

Because it’s crap compared to the original?

Yup, couldn’t finish watching even part 1. Just like how I can’t watch an entire segment of The Office in the American version.

Hollywood should not try and remake good British comedy series.

Really? Interesting, here in England they keep saying its American.
Enigmatick reply on February 5th, 2011 8:30 am:
According to Wikipedia, it is a North American remake, being produced by Muse, out of Montreal. The series is set in Boston.

There is the small matter of shows like Three’s Company, and All in the Family, which were adapted from British sitcoms.

What if they decided to make an American version of Dr. Who?
… Wait, I guess we ended up with Bill and Ted. Win?
