Wanted.
I finally got to see the movie Wanted. Overall I like it even if it was the single least accurate adaptation in the world.
But I feel compelled to share a conversation that happened as the movie was ending.
“So Morgan Freeman is all “We should ignore the decrees of fate and sieze the kind of power that gods have!” and Angelina Jolie is all “WTF? The last time Morgan Freeman had god-like power he went and made fucking Jim Carey all omnipotent and shit. And I need to sit through an hour and a half of that bullshit again like I need a whole in my head. Ooh that gives me an idea!”

That last line just sounds like he’s just suddenly realized suicide was a valid alternative to a Jim Carrey movie. I’ve been there.
It was a harder decision than it should have been.

I liked how Mythbusters busted the myth of curving a bullet. =)

I’m pretty sure that the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is the least accurate adaptation, as it got Alan Moore sued for plagiarism.

True, but for those of who will watch ANYTHING starring Sean Connery, his rifle shot at the begginning is EPIC. I’ve even watched “Zardoz”(sp) and “Finding Forrester”, simply because it starred Mr. Scotland, it gets bumped from ‘sucked’ to ‘probably won’t watch again’.

The lawsuit truly added insult to injury, as Moore had nothing to do with the movie adaptation of LoEG, and wanted to have even less than that.
