Neat Video
I suspect that this video is actually several orders of magnitude better than the movie that’s currently in the theaters. I am unlikely to actually see this movie before it winds up on cable, as I see no reason to pay perfectly good money for any product that contains a Wayans brother.
The previews I saw actually made the movie look dumber than the cartoon. And the cartoon had a woman shooting down A-10 Thunderbirds by hurling spears at them, a man that undertook covert military operations with a parrot, and a battle that took place in fucking Toyland.

My parents saw Three Dog Night in concert last year. So I guess that we’ve already fallen under Cobra’s evil shadow of doom. Which would explain Nancy Pelosi.

Don’t diss G.I. Joe, man.
On barracks duty we whiled away many a boring afternoon watching Thundercats, He Man and G.I. Joe in the ready room, waiting for terrorists to attack so we could fly out the door and do battle. That and serving as go-fers for the sergeant of the guard.
Man. I got paid to watch cartoons for a summer. What a world.

The first three quarters of G.I.Joe was pretty good (from a fan point of view, I’m a base brat but never served so I can’t speak from the military PoV) but then it went to hell in a handbasket and I too said “WTF?!” loudly at the end.

Lookup GI Joe: Resolute on Youtube. That has the best GI Joe episodes ever.

The Ballad was pretty good. Was that Sailor fella Wash? It seemed like there were a bunch of biggish names there, who orcistrated that thing?
As for the movie, having never watched GI Joe growing up, I thought it was entertaining in the same way as a Bond film. Turn off the Tech part of my brain so it stops binging bullshit and the movie is enjoyable. Now, as nice as Baroness is, I’m a sucker for a redhead.

There’s no way that the movie will be as good as I remember the show as a child. Those type of things never are. I watched an episode of Thundercats recently, and was so disapointed that I almost called my entire childhood into question.
And I hate to be that guy, *averts eyes*, but A-10s are Thunderbolts, and the Thunderbirds fly F-16s.

The A-10 and OA-10 Thunderbolt IIs are the first Air Force aircraft specially designed for close air support of ground forces.
It’s NICKNAMED the Warthog.
Captcha: Slavic now, No, not the Warthog! Say it ain’t so!

My daddy and I went to go see it. We both enjoyed it quite a bit. I thought it was funny and the sfx were great.
But there were a few things in the movie that I SO called.
