Important PDWD Announcement

The rapid success of PDWD thus far means that we will be upgrading the print method to be able to produce more copies of the game. One of the fringe benefits of the new printing service is that we will be able to cram even more gaming goodness into the box.

We realize this may cause some concern for early purchasers who may feel that they missed out on some goodies by being early adopters. Don’t worry we planned for this, and took steps to make sure that the people who believed in our game from the beginning get taken care of. If you currently have a copy of the game you may notice that it says Signature Edition on it. There are several unique cards available in this edition that are a special reward for the people that picked up the game early, and will not be re-printed in future versions. We predict a brisk black market in used versions of these cards in the near future, which will likely make you rich beyond your wildest dreams.

Additionally, we will be producing a mini supplement that consists of any new material that gets added to the core set, which will be available to those who purchased the Signature Edition for a nominal cost. The end result will be that you wind up with everything the Johnny-come-latelys have, plus the rare cards, and you will not have paid significantly more for your copy of the game.

As another fun bonus, each con season we will be releasing special new cards and components. If you bring your Signature Edition Dagon counter to a convention Thr3dworld is appearing at, you will be able to get these new parts at a discount price or sometimes even free. Basically our way of saying thanks to all the folks that helped us to get this game off of the ground.

At present all of every copy of the Signature Edition has been sold, with a few orders waiting to be shipped out. We will be making one more small print run of the Signature Edition in a week. After that, this offer will be gone forever. So if you have been thinking about grabbing a copy, now might be an excellent time to place an order.
