November 12th, 2009 by skippy

There is a trailer for the new Clash of the Titans movie.

If this movie was a person I would have sex with it.

    i liked the origial…then again we called it “clash of the titties” cause DAYUM some flimsy costuming here and there.

    this looks magnificent, and i wont be able to see it in the theater. (damned input overload to the brain. seeing the latest star trek had me in tears because there was too much going on, too loud.)

    I am the geek who buys a ticket via online ticketing and then watches it pirate because the theatres are too damn loud.

    I like my music loud.. I don’t like my movies deafening me too.

    Are we getting old? ;_;

    i dont know about the getting old…i can listen to the TV softly and then TheEngineer comes in and it has to be blaring because his hearing is kaput from too many years in machine shops.

    Try being around too many explosions. It’s not the decibels that’ll getcha. You can wear earplugs for that. Can’t stop the pressure, though. Whole new type of hearing loss. Tones are fine, it’s focus that gets me. Can’t hear people right next to me if there’s anything else going on in the room (ie: restauran, kids, street, etc.)

    I notice that in a buddy of mine who worked in Kabul for a few years as part of the UN forces. You have to catch his attention before trying to communicate or he just won’t hear more than buzzes and gibberish.

    Captcha : sassy erection. O_o; No comment.

    I stuff my ears with damp strips of paper napkin. Of course if I was a thinking woman, I’d steal a set of foam earplugs from Hubbie’s stash before hitting the theater. I LOVE the new trailer, but I kinda miss Harryhousen’s campy GoMotion.

    So a buddy of mine says, “Let’s go see an IMAX movie.” When it starts [shoulda been paying attention!] I realize its the new Star Trek movie. That movie seat shoulda had seat belts, I about fell out a few times.

    The Classics Major geek inside of me just had a joygasm. The medical writer side of me is pissed that it’s the one who has to clean off the chair. Sigh. So many personalities, so little time. . .

    I loved the original. I still watch it.

    This looks like they gave this version a fresh coat of 300. This intrigues me greatly.

    Do want the song.

    After finding the song, I don’t want anymore. I do want the trailer version.

    The dude’s singing is not bad, but it doesn’t mesh well with the epicness of the song.
